Today, I have a presentation about healthy lifestyle for college students. I think it went pretty well, even though there are still things I need to improve. The content was clear and helpful. I talked about eating healthy, doing exercise, managing stress, and getting enough sleep. I also gave some simple examples that helped explain the topic better. When it comes to speaking, I tried to talk clearly and with confidence. At first, I felt nervous, but after a few minutes, I felt more relaxed. I looked at the audience and used some hand movements so I didn’t look stiff. But I know I still need to work on some parts. I didn’t manage my time very well I talked too long in the beginning and had to rush the ending. Also, my pronunciation could be better. I made a few small mistakes when saying some English words. From this experience, I learned that practice and good preparation are very important. Next time, I will try to practice more and be careful with time. Even though it not perfect, I’m happy I got to speak in front of people. It’s a good start for improving my public speaking skills.
