My Daily Reflection on April 29,2025

 Today, I learned about Phonology, Phoneme and Allophone. Phoneme is a small unit of sound can change the word, for the example /p/, /t/, etc. Are You know!?, now I know that if we mispronouncing a phoneme, that's can change the meaning. And allophone is a variation of phoneme, so allophone only variation not change the meaning, for the example the allophone from /p/ are [ph] and [p], with airfolow and without airflow. And for the last I learned about how to be a good reader.

 Hai guys!

All praise to Allah, I'm so grateful for the knowledge I gained today. Today, I learned about how to make a good paragraph, in essay writing class, that's about Conjuction of sentence, how to make pararel sentence and another, I learned a lot today. And I felt happy because in grammar class, Mr. Luqman giving us more strategies for effective grammar writing. Some reasons why someone can't write good grammar include less Vocabulary, less Practice, and are you know? What did Mr. Luqman said? He said Someone with poor grammar is often someone who rarely reads with proper intonation or tone. No only about that, Today, we conducted a mid-semester exam review for Class A, many wrong but I think, maybe I'm just same with them, and after that My midterm was returned, and are You know? I have got score 35/95, I'm so confuse about that, I think, I was written long paragraph, but I still positif thinking that maybe I less Practice grammar, but after I cheked in my GPT, my score is 85/95, but I still check GPT in another handphone, and My score is 55/95. Huft so confuse, but I'm trying think positively, maybe I must improve my Grammar and more practice.

Today, I only attended one course which was Extensive Listening, and for the reflection,I felt happy, because I can better than Before, because I can know, what does it mean, and today we had 2 presentation. For the first by Rifqi with Listening Unit 9 Jobs, so that talking about job and solution problem of Job. And second one was by Zahra with Listening Unit 10 Keeping Fit, that talking about keep healty of body and we listened together with any sound. Not just about Listening but we also learned about Pronouncation guys.

Hi Guys !

Today, I'm going to write about My daily reflection today. Today I attended only one course was Extensive Reading, And today I learned about read 2 statements about the positive and negative sides of AI, and the 2 statements are one of which is intesive and extensive. we are given time for the intensive 5 minutes, and extensive 10 minutes because the text is longer. in addition to learning to read we also add English vocabulary and understand the contents of the statement.

Today I felt really tired, because today I had 4 courses, and for 3 course were Midterm, huft so hot guys, but no problem, I felt relieved because I was finished my Midterm, but for Grammar I think I had any mistakes, and today I was learned about compound and complex sentence, FANBOYS andd yap,,at the time we are taking a test, We make the paragraph about arguing islamic dress at campus. I felt incomplete, and are You know? I promise for my self to improve my skill.

Today I'm only focused on memorizing about Speech of Public speaking Midterm Test. Because we must make a vidio, and minimum duration is 5 point, and the speech about "HOW TO DELIVER A GOOD SPEECH" and My Reflection of Learned that was I can more felt confident if I practice a lot. And I can improve My Public speaking skills.

Today I had three class, for the first was Akhlak Tasawuf, the second was Public speaking, and last was Literary appriciation in ELT. And do you know? Today I learned with Irma on YouTube Chanel about  English Level test, and for beginner level Alhamdulillah we can more answer but There are still 1 or 2 mistakes, that is not just about test, but we can learn about Grammar and other English skills.

Oke today I learned about Listening from Developing tactics for listening E-book, and today I learned unit 7 about Mishaps, yeah According the title We listened about many problems and the solution of that. And not just about listening, We also learned about Pronouncation of word "Did you" and We can pronounce that "Didja", I felt happy because can improve My skill to speak English can better. Today I learned about the basis if compound  and complex sentence, very simple but I can more learned with exercise question about compound and complex sentence. So I can understand and make own sentence. And tomorrow I want to learn about other grammar and of course I want to learn again about compound and complex sentence because I'm realize that's very important.

 Good days and good weather today.

Today I focused learning about Listening from Developing tactics for listening E-book and after I've listened an audio about pronouncation and turns out the word of Could you and would you that combined, so to read it as "cochyu" and "wochyu". I think it can add my knowledge in the listening skils. And are You know? Today I've searched about the material of compound complex sentence so tomorrow, I will delve into it.

MY DAILY REFLECTION on APRIL 12,2025

assalamualaikum warrohmarullahi wabarokatuh.

Today I learned some irregular verbs that are not so common, like strive-strove, forsake-forsook, and withdraw-withdrew. At first, they felt a bit unfamiliar and hard to remember. I tried making a few sentences, but I wasn’t sure if they sounded right. I think I still need more practice to really get used to them. Sometimes I understand the meaning, but I still hesitate to use them when speaking.

Actually, I didn’t have much time to study today because I had a long HMPS TBI meeting from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. can you imagine how tiring that was? 😮‍💨 But even though I was exhausted, I still wanted to learn something new. Tomorrow I’ll try to use these verbs in writing or conversation, even just a little. Step by step, I want to grow more confident in English. okee thanks for reading guys,

Hey friends!
Today I just want to share a little story about my day. So, it’s a day off yay! But honestly, I’m not feeling well. It’s kinda sad because I really wanted to get full rest, but well… life must go on, right?

Even though I’m not in a good condition, I still pushed myself to cook, do the laundry, and clean up a bit. After finishing all that, I focused on doing my assignments. Today, I worked on my Extensive Reading and Extensive Listening tasks. It was… super exhausting!

And guess what? That’s not the end. I also had to summarize the work programs from the English Education Student Association. Just so you know, I’m the second secretary in that organization. So yeah, there’s a lot on my plate.

Tired? Definitely. But I’m trying to stay positive. Thanks for reading, and see you in my next reflection.

My Daily Reflection on April 10,2025

 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh.

Hi everyone!
Today I want to share about my day at campus. I hope this can be a nice memory for me, and maybe it can be interesting for you too!

So, today I had two classes. The first one was Public Speaking with Mr. Ali Mirza. The activity today was continuing our speech practice that was not finished before the holiday. My friends did a really great job! I’m so proud of them. But unfortunately, not everyone finished today, so we have to continue next week. Also, there was an announcement about the midterm exam. Oh no, that’s a bit scary, right?

The second class was Phonology in ELT at 1 PM. Today’s topic was super fun! We learned about "thong" like diphthong, monophthong, triphthong, and more. There were so many interesting and critical questions. I really enjoyed the class today!

After class, Irma, Adel, Septi, and I went to Momoyo to buy some ice cream. It was so refreshing! Then, we went back to the Ma’had.

Hi guys!

Today I had two classes. First, Extensive Listening with Mr. Sahid. I presented as if I were a listening teacher, and honestly, I really enjoyed it! It gave me a taste of what it feels like to teach. One thing I realized: I lacked interaction with the “students.” I was too focused on explaining and forgot to involve the audience. I’ll try to fix that next time!

Second class was Akhlak Tasawuf at 3 PM—thankfully on Zoom. The rainy weather made it feel extra cozy.

How are you today? Now i'll write again

 Today I’m going to write about my daily reflection. It’s going to be quite short because today there were no lectures or classes it’s still a holiday. But of course, there are still assignments.

The first one is from Mr. Sabarun, which is for the Extensive Reading class. The midterm assignment is to summarize the daily readings from various novels we have read and also answer several questions.

Oh yeah guys, tonight I’m going to study and prepare for teaching or presenting, because tomorrow I’ll be presenting about Developing Tactics for Listening, Unit 7: Air Travel.Yeah bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I can do this! I will study and keep learning. By the way guys, I still miss home. It feels like I just slept at home yesterday and now I’m already far away. But that’s how it is this is all for the sake of gaining knowledge and reaching the light of success in the future. Okay guys, that’s all for today’s daily reflection.
